You do not have to be sick to see your provider but, it is important that you stay on top of your health so that you minimize your risks. At YNC we can work with you to customize your needs. Together we can help you learn more about caring for yourself and maintain a healthy lifestyle. And of course, we’re there for you if you get sick.

Your membership covers visits to your provider without any need for copays. This includes the following: annual wellness exams, chronic disease management visits, follow-up visits, and treatment of acute illness or minor injuries, with minimal wait times in the office. Your membership also includes telehealth visits when you are unable to come into the office. Members also get access to discounted labs!
At YNC we treat all types of common illness like coughs, colds, flu, strep, and rashes. We also manage more complicated chronic problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid and cholesterol problems.
Yes, we do accept insurance. We are currently working with the major insurance companies to better serve you. Please call our office to see if we are in-network with your insurance carrier.
